TRADAPROST Support and protection

A new natural product to facilitate the prostate’s normal activity that respects and protects the male sexual function thanks to the combined action of Tradamixina TP* (a patented compound of Tradapharma).

*Tradamixina TP contains: serenoa repens, algae ecklonia bicyclis, tribulus terrestris and chitosan oligosaccharide.

100% natural

Serenoa Repens favors the welfare of the prostate thanks to its phytosterol component, which has an anti-androgenic action that is expressed selectively in prostate tissue, as is evidenced by dozens of clinical trials. Tribulus Terrestris both performs a hormone-like action and stimulates natural, endogenous production of androgens (male hormones). Pure Algae Ecklonia Bicyclis contains very high doses of dieckol, phlorofucofuroeckol and bieckol, which are extremely strong polyphenols that act by inhibiting the anti-NO (nitric oxide) effects of free radicals. Chitosan Oligosaccharide contains polymers of D-glucosamine and N-acetyl-D-glucosamine at high concentrations, which favor the release of NO.

How it works

Serenoa repens: is a small palm with broad leaves and dark red berries native to the southern United States (specifically Florida), South Europe and North Africa. The main active ingredient in the plant’s extract is beta-sitosterol but also present are other sterols, such as free fatty acids, carotenoids, essential oils and polysaccharides.

Indigenous peoples used the berries to treat various urological disorders like inflammation of the prostate, erectile dysfunction and testicular atrophy. By the end of last century, the extract was included overseas in the official pharmacopoeia. A recent review of controlled clinical studies on 3,000 men confirmed the plant’s usefulness as a valid aid for the function of the prostate. Use of serenoa repens offers several advantages both in terms of reduced side effects and in preservation of the sexual function.

The efficacy of Serenoa repens is given by the synergy of different mechanisms of action:

Inhibition of 5-alpha-reductase, an enzyme involved in the transformation of testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), probably co-responsible for benign prostatic hypertrophy

Selective local antagonism of the link between dihydrotestosterone and androgen receptors.

Steroid saponins

Steroid saponins in tribulus terrestris performs an immediate mimetic androgenic action by binding to androgen receptor sites as well as stimulating natural production of androgens as demonstrated in animal experiments. This compensates for the imbalanced ratio of androgens to estrogens that is hypothesized as a cause of benign prostatic hypertrophy.

Polyphenols

Polyphenols are antioxidants contained in algae ecklonia bicyclis. They favor the normal production of nitric oxide (a neurotransmitter of both erections and the relaxation of the bladder sphincter) whose synthesis can be inhibited by the accumulation of superoxide anions (free radicals). This activity results in the opposition of harmful oxygen free radicals and protection against potential damage exerted on the tissues of the urinary system and beyond. Starting in the first week, on a daily basis glucosamine exerts an increase in the erection neurotransmitter, nitric oxide (NO), and reaches maximum effectiveness after about 6 to 8 weeks of use.

Chitosan oligosaccharide Water soluble

The action of the Chitosan Oligosaccharide w.s., works day after day from the first week, resulting in an increase in the neurotransmitter of erection, nitrogen oxide (NO) and reaches maximum efficacy after about 6/8 weeks of intake.
